Geocaching is an online GPS treasure hunt game where you can go out practically anywhere with a GPS and look for caches (the treasure) and then log your find on the internet. The 'Caches' can be small tupperware boxes, 35mm film canisters or even large ammo cans, they are hidden all around the Uk and the rest of the world! You use a GPSr and follow the coordinates until you find the treasure. To start Geocaching, sign up to www.geocaching.com type in your postcode and see how close you are away to a geocache.You can use either a GPS (Garmin are the recommended manufacture for them) or you can download the Geocaching app from either the Apple app store or the android app atore.
